1. Remote WorkForce may send SMS messages for account security purposes, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification codes and login alerts.

2. Users opt in to receive these messages by enabling SMS MFA and entering their mobile phone number. A verification code is sent to confirm the number before activation.

3. Message frequency varies depending on login activity.

4. Message and data rates may apply.

5. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or STOP to opt out. You can also get help directly at support@ztnasupportcenter.com.

6. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
